Description
A small ceramic “coupelle” handmade in France features an equestrian horseshoe and details in pure 22-carat gold (the EQUICO logo is at the base of the ceramic “coupelle”). It may be used to keep rings and earrings at home before or after horse riding.
The highly acclaimed artist Sandrine Ramona ATELIER DOUARN with EQUICO created this beautiful series of porcelain objects. The artist’s membership in the ATELIERS D’ART de France and the Michelangelo Foundation is a testament to her skill and dedication to her craft, instilling confidence in the quality of these pieces.
Each “coupelle” is unique, with a plain or hand-gilded touched gold border and a hand-gilded gold embossed horseshoe, all gilded with 22-carat gold leaf. The design is inspired by nature and the equestrian world. Each “coupelle” may vary in size and motifs as it is the artist’s handmade creation in her studio in France.
As each piece is handmade, the diameter is approximately 10-11 cm and is 3.5 cm high.
Porcelain is the only translucid clay, and if placed in sunlight, each “coupelle” will be transparent and opaque in places, adding to its beauty.
